ACCOUNT PROTECTION

How Your idncase Transactions Stay Secure

Every transaction on your idncase account passes through a verification layer before it moves. When you submit a deposit or withdrawal request, the system checks that the destination wallet matches the one registered to your account — this prevents funds from landing in the wrong place. Identity verification at the KYC stage adds a second layer, confirming that the person requesting a payout is the same person who opened the account. If you ever need to update a registered wallet or flag a suspicious session, our Indonesia support team is reachable through the Help channel shown inside your account dashboard after login.

  • Domain and Session Check

Always access your account through idncase. Before entering any credentials or wallet details, confirm the address bar shows the correct domain. A mismatched URL is the clearest sign of a phishing attempt, and we will never contact you asking for your password.

  • Identity Verification

KYC confirmation ties your account to a single verified identity. This step runs once and protects you: no one can request a payout to your registered DANA or OVO wallet without first passing the identity check that you completed at account setup.

  • Wallet Ownership Confirmation

We match your registered e-wallet number — DANA, OVO, or GoPay — against the account record on every withdrawal request. If the wallet details have changed, update them through Account Settings and allow a short re-verification window before submitting a payout.

  • Indonesia Support Path

If a transaction looks wrong or a session behaves unexpectedly, open the Help section from your account menu. Our support team handles account and payment queries for Indonesia. Response availability is shown on the Help page at the time you open a ticket.

TRANSACTION RECORDS

Match Your Wallet History to Your Account

Every deposit and withdrawal generates a unique reference number stored in your account transaction history. When you check your DANA, OVO, or GoPay app and see a transfer entry, that same reference appears in the Account History section of your idncase dashboard. Use this to confirm that a fund movement recorded on the platform side has a matching entry in your e-wallet. If the two records show different amounts or statuses, that reference number is what our support team needs to investigate.

  • Reference Number

Each transaction carries a unique reference code generated at submission. Copy this from the confirmation screen or find it later in Account History. It is the single identifier that links your idncase record to the corresponding entry in your DANA, OVO, or GoPay statement.

  • Status Labels

Your transaction history shows three status labels: Pending (submitted but not yet processed), Completed (funds have moved), and Failed (the request was not processed). A Pending status that does not change within the window shown on your dashboard is the right time to contact support with your reference number.

  • Account History View

The full transaction log is under Account History after login. It lists deposits and withdrawals in reverse chronological order with amounts, methods, and status. You can filter by date range or transaction type to find a specific entry without scrolling the full list.

  • Evidence to Keep

Before contacting support about any transaction, take a screenshot of both your idncase Account History entry and the matching line in your e-wallet app. Having both records ready means our team can cross-reference immediately rather than asking you for them in a follow-up message.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Account Verification on idncase

Verification runs once and unlocks withdrawals on your account. The process asks for a government-issued ID — a national identity card or passport — and a photo that matches the name on your account registration. We ask for this not as a hurdle but as the mechanism that keeps your balance protected: a verified account means only you can request a payout to your registered DANA, OVO, or GoPay wallet. The documents you submit are reviewed against your account details, and once the match is confirmed, your verification status updates in your dashboard. You do not need to repeat this step unless your account details change.

  • Prepare Your ID Document

Have your national identity card (KTP) or passport ready. The name on the document must match the name you used when opening your account. A mismatch will pause the review until the details are corrected.

  • Upload via Account Settings

Go to Account Settings after login and open the Verification section. The upload fields are labeled clearly for front and back of your ID. Use a clear photo or scan — blurry images extend the review time.

  • Wait for Status Update

Once submitted, your dashboard shows a Verification Pending status. When the review completes, this updates to Verified and withdrawal requests become available from the Banking section.

  • Contact Support if Delayed

If your status stays Pending beyond the window shown on the Verification page, open a support ticket from the Help menu. Include your reference number and the upload date so the team can locate your submission quickly.

PAYOUT STEPS

Send Funds From Your idncase Balance

Withdrawals move your account balance back to your registered e-wallet or bank account. Before your first withdrawal, make sure your account verification is complete — the status shows as Verified in Account Settings. Once that is confirmed, open the Banking section from the top menu after login. The withdrawal form shows the methods registered to your account: DANA, OVO, GoPay, or Bank Transfer.

  • Open the Banking Section

Log in to your account and select Banking from the top navigation. Choose Withdraw from the sub-menu. The page shows only the methods registered and verified on your account — if a wallet is missing, add it in Account Settings first.

  • Select Your Payout Method

Choose DANA, OVO, GoPay, or Bank Transfer from the options shown. The wallet number displayed is the one on your account record. If you need to use a different wallet, update it in Account Settings and allow re-verification before submitting.

  • Enter the Amount and Confirm

Type the withdrawal amount. The form shows the minimum withdrawal and your current balance. Review the destination and amount on the confirmation screen, then submit. Save or screenshot the reference number shown on the success screen.

  • Track in Account History

Your withdrawal appears immediately in Account History with a Pending status. When the transfer completes, the status updates to Completed and the matching entry appears in your DANA, OVO, GoPay, or bank statement.

Add Funds to Your idncase Balance
FUNDING YOUR ACCOUNT

Add Funds to Your idncase Balance

Adding funds to your account takes a few steps inside the Banking section. The methods available to you — DANA, OVO, GoPay, Bank Transfer, and QRIS — are listed there after login, and the one you use most often will be the fastest to repeat on future visits. Each method shows a minimum deposit amount on the form; there are no hidden fees added by our platform on top of what your wallet or bank applies.

  • Log In and Open Banking

After logging in, go to Banking in the top menu and select Deposit. The page lists all payment methods active for your account. If you are using DANA or OVO, make sure your e-wallet app is open and your balance there covers the amount you plan to deposit.

  • Choose Your Local Wallet or Bank

Select DANA, OVO, GoPay, Bank Transfer, or QRIS. Each option shows the steps specific to that method — for QRIS, a code appears on screen to scan; for bank transfer, account details are shown with a payment reference to include in your transfer note.

  • Enter Amount and Submit

Type the deposit amount — at or above the minimum shown — and confirm. A reference number is generated immediately. This number links your account record to the transfer you are about to make from your wallet or bank.

  • Funds Reflect in Your Balance

Once your transfer is received, your idncase balance updates and the Account History entry moves from Pending to Completed. You can then use that balance across the lobby — slots, live casino tables, or the sportsbook — depending on what you came here for.

COMMON BANKING QUESTIONS

Banking FAQ for idncase Accounts

Answers to the questions we hear most about deposits, withdrawals, verification, and transaction status on idncase.

Which local wallets can I use to deposit on idncase?

DANA, OVO, and GoPay are the supported e-wallets for Indonesia accounts. Bank Transfer and QRIS are also available. The full list for your account appears in the Banking section after login; availability depends on local law and eligible regions.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount on idncase?

The minimum withdrawal amount is shown on the withdrawal form next to your available balance. We do not publish a fixed figure here because it can differ by payment method. Open the Banking section after login and select Withdraw to see the current minimum for your registered wallet.

Why is my deposit still showing as Pending?

A Pending status means the transfer has been submitted but confirmation from your wallet or bank has not reached us yet. If the status does not update within the window shown on your dashboard, contact support through the Help menu with your deposit reference number and the time of transfer.

Do I need to verify my account before withdrawing?

Yes. Account verification — submitting your KTP or passport through Account Settings — is required before your first withdrawal. Once your status shows Verified in the dashboard, you can submit withdrawal requests to your registered DANA, OVO, GoPay, or bank account.

My withdrawal was marked Completed but the funds are not in my wallet yet — what should I do?

A Completed status means the transfer has left your idncase balance. Check your DANA, OVO, or GoPay transaction history for the matching entry using the reference number from Account History. If the wallet shows no entry, contact support with both the reference number and a screenshot of your wallet history.

Can I change my registered withdrawal wallet after verification?

Yes, through Account Settings. Updating a registered wallet triggers a short re-verification step to confirm the new wallet belongs to you. Until that step completes, withdrawal requests will route to the previously verified wallet, so plan the update before your next payout.
